Job Opportunity: Centre Manager

REPORTING TO: General Manager

LOCATION: Thames Enterprise Centre, East Tilbury, Essex

HOURS: Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 (May include occasional weekend work for cover)

SALARY: Subject to Experience

OVERVIEW: The Thames Enterprise Centre is located on the former Bata Shoe Factory Estate in East Tilbury. We offer SME’s serviced office and conference facilities in modern surroundings. We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of our centre including sales, tenant support and maintenance of all areas within the facility. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in a similar role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Excellent Customer Service to all tenants & visitors to the centre
Effective day to day running of the centre
Promotion and selling of serviced offices, meeting rooms and auxiliary services
Ensuring targets for occupancy, sales and yields are met
Provide accurate reporting of facility-related matters
Entering and maintaining tenant records on the company CRM system
General reception and administration duties including switchboard management, booking appoints for conference and meeting room hire, post and filing

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong sales skills, ambitious, target-driven individual.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to build good relationships with tenants and users of the centre.
Demonstrate attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a team
Possess strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using CRM system
Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software packages quickly
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
High-level organisation skills
